What is Range Breakout EA?
Range Breakout EA uses session ranges and subsequent volatility expansion across several markets. The publisher describes a combined one-chart mode and a separate-chart mode that displays the range for each instrument. Presets define market-specific settings, while broker time affects which prices form the range. Cross-market deployment should therefore be reviewed with the correct symbol specifications and server clock, not only the selected risk preset.

Confirm broker time, daylight-saving changes and the exact market being evaluated. A range that makes sense for one instrument or session should not be assumed to behave the same on another.
YO4X editorial review points. The publisher’s original EA and the implementation available inside YO4X can differ in features, configuration and execution.

How to interpret this snapshot
Profit factor compares gross profit with gross loss. Equity includes unrealised positions; balance reports booked results. The source’s growth calculation can differ from profit divided by its initial deposit, particularly when money moves into or out of the account.
The first signal linked in our source record is shown consistently; it is not selected as the best performer. Accounts, modes and versions may differ. We have not reconstructed a historical curve from summary totals.

The displayed net profit differs from gross profit plus gross loss. These are the source’s published values; the page does not reconcile the difference.

Define the range before following the break.
A session-breakout approach uses a selected period to establish price boundaries and then looks for a move beyond them. The reference includes Asian-range and London-session ideas across several instruments. Session timing is part of the definition of the setup, not simply a display preference.

Check compatibility with YO4X →Range Breakout EA questions
Why check the broker clock?
A different time offset can change the bars used to build a session range. That can alter the range boundaries and the moment at which an entry is permitted.
Is Range Breakout EA free in YO4X?
Local strategy access is included at no charge in the YO4X Windows app. This is separate from buying the original MQL5 product or subscribing to the author’s signal. Check the app’s availability and demo-account requirements before starting.
Are the performance figures live YO4X results?
No. The figures shown are a dated public MQL5 account snapshot checked on 17 September 2026. Your settings, broker and implementation can produce different results.
Where are the author’s manual and updates?
The original product listing and available guidance links are collected below. A private or purchase-only manual remains subject to the publisher’s access terms; we have not presented it as a YO4X manual.
Can I upload any EX5 file to YO4X?
Arbitrary EX5 uploads are not supported. MQ5 source compatibility analysis is a separate workflow from the included strategy catalogue. Read about strategy imports.
