What is MoonDog EA?
MoonDog combines five separately managed Gold breakout modules using pending stop orders. Its current publisher configuration applies two local ONNX filters and a virtual profit-protection system called MoonLock. The distinction between pending instructions and open positions matters here: cancellation requires a working terminal and broker acceptance. Its public signals may contain older versions or different settings, so they are not a record of one unchanged configuration.

Pending-order breakout is the approach described for this product. To assess the source account, consider the losses, open exposure and number of trades alongside its reported growth.
How to interpret this snapshot
Profit factor compares gross profit with gross loss. Equity includes unrealised positions; balance reports booked results. The source’s growth calculation can differ from profit divided by its initial deposit, particularly when money moves into or out of the account.
The first signal linked in our source record is shown consistently; it is not selected as the best performer. Accounts, modes and versions may differ. We have not reconstructed a historical curve from summary totals.

Prepare orders for a move out of a range.
The referenced approach uses multiple modules and stop-entry orders. Pending orders wait for a trigger price; their presence is different from an open position. When a fast Gold move triggers several modules, the resulting positions can share the same underlying market exposure.
AUTO uses different sizing in the tester and on a connected chart; compare matching risk settings.

Check compatibility with YO4X →MoonDog EA questions
Is a pending order already a trade?
It is an instruction waiting for its execution conditions. It may activate later, expire or be cancelled. Your review should cover both open positions and outstanding instructions.
Is MoonDog EA free in YO4X?
Local strategy access is included at no charge in the YO4X Windows app. This is separate from buying the original MQL5 product or subscribing to the author’s signal. Check the app’s availability and demo-account requirements before starting.
Are the performance figures live YO4X results?
No. The figures shown are a dated public MQL5 account snapshot checked on 17 September 2026. Your settings, broker and implementation can produce different results.
Where are the author’s manual and updates?
The original product listing and available guidance links are collected below. A private or purchase-only manual remains subject to the publisher’s access terms; we have not presented it as a YO4X manual.
Can I upload any EX5 file to YO4X?
Arbitrary EX5 uploads are not supported. MQ5 source compatibility analysis is a separate workflow from the included strategy catalogue. Read about strategy imports.
