This Privacy Policy explains how Yo4x Labs Ltd. collects, uses, shares, protects, and retains information when you visit yo4x.com, use Yo4x websites, mobile applications, marketplace features, account tools, seller tools, broker verification systems, support channels, or related services.

Yo4x Labs Ltd. is the company responsible for the personal information described in this policy, except where another company clearly acts as an independent controller, such as your broker, payment provider, wallet provider, app store, email provider, or a seller using their own systems.

This policy is written for platform transparency. It does not replace independent legal, tax, regulatory, financial, or data protection advice.

We collect information you provide directly. This includes account details, names, usernames, email addresses, passwords or authentication information where required, contact form fields such as first name, last name, subject and message, app launch notification emails, support messages, account deletion request details, buyer or seller profile details, listing descriptions, bot files, verification materials, payout information, tax or business information where required, and communications with Yo4x.

For sellers, we may collect .ex4 / .ex5 files, visual-editor strategy details, product descriptions, supported platforms, price terms, seller biographies, avatars, payout wallet or bank details, KYC or business verification materials, seller support records, and data needed to protect source code and deliver account-bound licences.

For buyers and marketplace users, we may collect search and filter activity, bot views, purchase records, selected access terms, licence status, activation details, broker compatibility selections, broker account numbers used for licence binding, refund or dispute details, reviews or ratings, and dashboard activity.

We also collect technical and usage data such as IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, clicks, session events, approximate location derived from IP address, security logs, error reports, cookie or local storage identifiers, and other information generated when you interact with Yo4x.

Yo4x is built around MT4 and MT5 workflows, broker-linked evidence, account-bound licensing, and verified marketplace data. To provide those features, we may process broker names, account identifiers, platform type, account type, trade history, open and closed orders, balances, equity, profit and loss, drawdown, deposits or withdrawals shown in broker history, instrument symbols, timestamps, execution details, and strategy performance metrics.

Seller verification is designed to use read-only investor access, limited-access tokens, statements, or other approved methods where supported. That access is used to review trading history and performance evidence; Yo4x does not need withdrawal authority to display verified performance information.

Buyer activation may involve broker name, platform type, account number, account-bound licence details, setup status, and connection or credential information needed to activate a purchased bot. Yo4x does not need your broker withdrawal password, wallet seed phrase, private key, or payment secret.

Do not submit broker login passwords, wallet secrets, private keys, source code secrets, or payment credentials through contact forms, public listings, reviews, seller bios, or ordinary support messages. If a connection flow requests a password, token, investor password, API key, or other credential, it is used only for the requested verification, activation, licence binding, security, or account workflow.

We use information to operate Yo4x, provide accounts, send contact form and confirmation emails, respond to support requests, manage app launch notifications, handle account deletion requests, process marketplace purchases, bind licences to broker accounts, activate bots, verify seller listings, display marketplace metrics, provide support, send service messages, manage refunds or disputes, release seller payouts, and maintain platform records.

We use seller information to review uploaded bots, protect source code, test for malware or prohibited behavior, run verification workflows, publish approved listing details, generate marketplace performance displays, operate anti-piracy controls, and administer seller payouts.

We use buyer information to support browsing, purchase, refund, licence activation, broker compatibility, account-bound access, support, and marketplace integrity workflows.

We use information to protect buyers, sellers, and Yo4x by detecting fraud, account takeover, unauthorized copying, malware, suspicious trading claims, policy violations, payment abuse, spam, security incidents, and misuse of broker verification or licensing systems.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to analyze marketplace trends, improve verification models, test product reliability, understand popular bot categories, monitor conversion and support issues, and publish non-identifying marketplace insights.

Yo4x does not use your personal information to provide personalized financial advice, investment recommendations, portfolio management, or guaranteed trading outcomes.

Where UK, EU, or similar data protection law applies, we rely on different legal bases depending on the activity. These may include performing a contract with you, taking steps at your request before entering a contract, complying with legal obligations, pursuing legitimate interests, protecting vital interests in urgent security situations, and consent where consent is required.

Our legitimate interests include operating a secure marketplace, verifying listings, preventing fraud and piracy, supporting users, improving Yo4x, enforcing agreements, protecting legal rights, and maintaining reliable records. You may have the right to object to certain processing based on legitimate interests.

When we rely on consent, such as for certain marketing communications or optional tracking where required, you may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that happened before withdrawal.

We share information with service providers that help operate Yo4x, including hosting providers, database providers, email and SMTP providers, app-store providers, analytics and logging tools if enabled, customer support tools, fraud prevention vendors, payment processors, crypto payment or wallet infrastructure, identity or KYC providers, tax and accounting providers, security vendors, and professional advisers.

Contact form and account deletion request information may be sent through Yo4x email delivery systems so support, privacy, security, or account teams can review and respond. Email delivery providers may process message metadata and content as part of sending or receiving those communications.

Marketplace information may be visible to other users when needed for the service. For example, seller display names, seller profiles, listing information, verification badges, performance metrics, pricing terms, ratings, buyer issue context, and support status may be shown to buyers, sellers, or internal review teams depending on the feature.

We may disclose information to brokers, payment providers, app stores, wallet providers, law enforcement, regulators, courts, counterparties, or advisers when reasonably necessary to provide the service, complete a transaction, verify data, investigate disputes, prevent fraud, comply with law, enforce agreements, protect rights, or respond to legal process.

If Yo4x is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and continuity protections where required.

Some marketplace content is designed to be public or visible to other users, including seller names, usernames, avatars, seller biographies, joined dates, specialties, listed bot names, descriptions, categories, supported assets, platform compatibility, prop-firm compatibility, verification status, performance summaries, risk labels, buyer counts, ratings, review counts, screenshots, support notes selected for publication, and reviews.

Approved seller listings may display broker-linked performance context such as return, drawdown, win rate, equity curves, verification badges, platform compatibility, and other summary metrics. Yo4x may also show whether a bot is live-verified, backtest-verified, pending, or unverified.

Do not include private information, broker passwords, wallet secrets, source code secrets, account numbers, personal documents, or payment details in public listing text, public reviews, seller bios, or support comments that are intended for display.

Yo4x may moderate, hide, edit, or remove marketplace content that violates policy, creates security risk, includes personal information that should not be public, or may mislead buyers.

Yo4x may use cookies, local storage, pixels, device identifiers, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, support client-side marketplace search and filters, protect sessions, measure traffic, debug errors, improve performance, prevent fraud, and understand product usage.

Some technologies are necessary for security, authentication, checkout, licence delivery, broker activation, account deletion, or core marketplace features. Others may be used for analytics or marketing if enabled. Browser settings may allow you to block, delete, or limit cookies, but some Yo4x features may not work correctly without them.

As of the latest update, Yo4x does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, Yo4x will update this policy and provide any legally required opt-out controls, including support for recognized browser opt-out signals where required.

Yo4x may process payment, checkout, refund, chargeback, payout, tax, wallet, and bank-related information to complete purchases, release seller payouts, prevent fraud, comply with payment provider requirements, and maintain financial records.

Buyer payments may involve card, crypto, bank, app-store, or other supported payment methods. Seller payouts may involve USDT, BTC, ETH, bank transfer, wallet addresses, payout thresholds, settlement status, and related compliance checks.

Payment card details, banking details, blockchain wallet data, identity checks, or tax records may be handled by third-party providers. Yo4x may receive limited information such as transaction status, payment method type, wallet address, payout status, receipt details, processor identifiers, and risk or compliance results.

Do not send card numbers, private keys, wallet seed phrases, or full bank credentials to Yo4x through email, contact forms, public listings, or ordinary support messages.

Yo4x uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These safeguards may include access controls, encryption in transit, restricted internal permissions, monitoring, logging, review workflows, secure credential handling, encrypted bot delivery, per-account licensing, anti-piracy controls, tamper detection, and vendor review.

Seller source code and compiled files are handled for protected delivery. Buyers should receive the protected executable or activation flow, not seller source code. Licence activity, installation context, and suspicious tampering may be logged for security and marketplace integrity.

No website, marketplace, broker integration, email system, payment rail, blockchain network, or internet transmission can be guaranteed perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your account password, broker credentials, wallet credentials, two-factor authentication methods, and devices secure.

If you believe your Yo4x account, broker connection, seller profile, payout details, or marketplace data has been compromised, contact security@yo4x.com or support@yo4x.com as soon as possible.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Yo4x, maintain accounts, verify listings, support active buyer licences, process seller payouts, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, comply with law, maintain security logs, and keep financial or marketplace records.

Retention periods vary by data type. Contact messages may be kept while support history remains relevant. Account deletion requests may be kept to document the request and response. Broker verification data may be kept while a listing, audit trail, licence, dispute, or regulatory need remains active. Payment, payout, tax, refund, and compliance records may be kept longer where law, payment providers, accounting obligations, or fraud controls require it.

You may request account deletion through the account deletion page or by contacting privacy@yo4x.com. The account deletion page may ask for your email address, password, reason, and confirmation so Yo4x can locate and review the request. Do not place passwords, broker secrets, wallet secrets, or payment credentials in the free-text reason field.

Deletion may disable listings, cancel or end access where applicable, remove active broker connections, and delete or de-identify personal information, subject to records Yo4x must or may retain for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute, or marketplace integrity reasons.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, limitation of sensitive information use, and information about categories of personal information collected, used, disclosed, sold, or shared.

California residents and residents of some other U.S. states may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain sensitive personal information use, and avoid discrimination for exercising privacy rights, subject to legal exceptions. Yo4x does not sell personal information as of the latest update.

To exercise privacy rights, email privacy@yo4x.com or use the account deletion page for deletion requests. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request and may deny or limit a request where permitted by law, such as when we cannot verify your identity or must retain records for legal, security, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute, or contract reasons.

You can unsubscribe from non-essential marketing emails using the unsubscribe link if one is provided, or by contacting Yo4x. Service, security, transaction, legal, and account emails may still be sent when necessary.

Yo4x may process and store information in the United Kingdom, United States, European Economic Area, India, and other countries where Yo4x, its infrastructure, service providers, users, sellers, payment providers, or support teams operate.

Where required, Yo4x uses appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections, vendor commitments, transfer assessments, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

Data protection laws in the country where information is processed may differ from the laws in your location, but Yo4x remains responsible for handling information as described in this policy.

Yo4x is intended for adults who can lawfully use marketplace, payment, broker, and automated trading services. Yo4x is not directed to children, and users should be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their location, whichever is higher.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to Yo4x, contact privacy@yo4x.com so we can review and take appropriate action.

Yo4x may link to or integrate with third-party services, including brokers, MetaTrader-related tools, payment processors, wallet providers, app stores, sellers, analytics providers if enabled, hosting providers, database providers, email or SMTP providers, external image or avatar providers, and external support channels.

Those third parties may collect and process information under their own privacy policies and terms. For example, app stores may process app install data, payment providers may process checkout data, brokers may process trading account data, and email providers may process support or deletion request messages. Yo4x is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party services that you choose to use.

Yo4x may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, security practices, or marketplace operations. The updated date on this page shows when this policy was last changed.
