These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Yo4x website, marketplace, mobile applications, seller tools, verification systems, and related services operated by Yo4x Labs Ltd.

By accessing Yo4x, creating an account, buying a product, listing a strategy, or using any platform feature, you agree to these Terms and any additional policies referenced by Yo4x.

Yo4x operates as a marketplace and verification platform for automated trading bots, Expert Advisors, seller profiles, and related strategy products.

Yo4x does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, portfolio management, brokerage services, or guarantees of trading performance.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.

Yo4x may refuse, suspend, restrict, or terminate access if account information is inaccurate, if security risk is detected, or if a user violates these Terms or applicable law.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing listing details, verified performance metrics, risk information, compatibility requirements, seller terms, and refund conditions before purchasing.

Access periods, installation requirements, refund eligibility, and product support may vary by listing. Past performance, including broker-verified performance, does not guarantee future results.

Sellers must provide truthful listing information and must only list products they own or are authorized to distribute.

Yo4x may review, reject, remove, relabel, or suspend listings that fail verification, contain misleading information, create security risk, violate platform rules, or harm marketplace trust.

Prices, platform fees, taxes, payment processor charges, refund windows, and payout terms may be displayed at checkout, inside listings, or in seller dashboard policies.

Yo4x may withhold, offset, or reverse amounts when required by law, payment providers, refunds, chargebacks, fraud controls, buyer disputes, or platform policy enforcement.

You may not misuse Yo4x, bypass payment systems, manipulate reviews, submit false data, upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, copy protected products, scrape the platform, or disrupt marketplace operations.

You may not use Yo4x to violate law, broker rules, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, sanctions restrictions, payment processor requirements, or any third-party rights.

Yo4x is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Market conditions, broker execution, third-party platforms, user configuration, and automated systems can affect trading outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yo4x is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, indirect damages, third-party service failures, broker issues, or outcomes caused by user-selected strategies.

Yo4x may suspend or terminate access to accounts, listings, products, or services if a user violates these Terms, creates risk, harms marketplace integrity, or if continued access may expose Yo4x or users to liability.

Termination does not remove obligations that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property terms, dispute provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
