Seller Agreement

This Seller Agreement governs the relationship between Yo4x Labs Ltd. and any individual or entity listing automated trading bots, Expert Advisors, signals, copy-trading tools, or related strategy products on the Yo4x marketplace.

By creating a seller profile, submitting a strategy for review, or listing a product for sale, you agree to this Seller Agreement, the Yo4x Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, and any marketplace policies displayed in your seller dashboard.

Sellers must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into this agreement, and able to provide accurate identity, tax, payout, and business information when requested.

Yo4x may require account verification, KYC checks, fraud screening, and additional documentation before approving a seller account, publishing a listing, or releasing payouts.

Sellers are responsible for submitting accurate strategy details, risk information, supported platforms, broker compatibility, pricing, and live trading performance data.

Performance claims must be supported by broker-side verification or other approved evidence. Sellers may not use edited screenshots, demo-only results, fabricated statements, misleading backtests, or selective data to misrepresent performance.

Yo4x may review, reject, suspend, relabel, or remove any listing if verification fails, performance data becomes stale, or Yo4x determines that the listing may mislead buyers.

Sellers must ensure that listed strategies are their original work or that they have all required rights, licenses, and permissions to distribute the product through Yo4x.

Sellers must keep product descriptions accurate, provide reasonable support for active buyers, respond to marketplace requests in good faith, and promptly disclose material changes to strategy behavior, supported brokers, installation requirements, or known limitations.

Sellers are responsible for complying with all laws, broker terms, platform rules, tax obligations, and regulatory requirements that apply to their products, business, and location.

Sellers retain ownership of their underlying source code, trading logic, brand assets, documentation, and intellectual property, subject to any third-party rights.

By listing a product on Yo4x, sellers grant Yo4x a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host listing materials, process verification data, market the listing, deliver encrypted or protected product access to buyers, and operate anti-piracy controls.

Sellers must not upload malware, credential stealers, hidden remote-control tools, unauthorized trade copiers, or any software designed to harm buyers, brokers, devices, accounts, or the Yo4x platform.

Sellers may set or update listing prices, supported billing periods, and commercial terms where Yo4x provides those controls. Yo4x may display platform fees, taxes, processing charges, or buyer-facing fees separately at checkout.

Sellers are responsible for all taxes, duties, reporting obligations, and filings associated with their seller earnings. Yo4x may withhold amounts when required by law, payment providers, fraud controls, refunds, disputes, or chargebacks.

Seller payouts are subject to successful buyer payment, completion of required seller verification, fraud checks, refund windows, payment processor settlement, and any minimum payout threshold displayed in the seller dashboard.

Yo4x may deduct or offset refunds, chargebacks, payment reversals, buyer disputes, platform adjustments, and amounts owed by the seller from current or future payouts.

If a buyer refund or dispute is caused by inaccurate listing information, failed delivery, prohibited conduct, or seller misrepresentation, Yo4x may recover the related amounts from the seller.

Yo4x may use encryption, account-bound licensing, watermarking, runtime checks, access logs, and other anti-piracy measures to protect sellers and buyers.

Sellers must not attempt to bypass Yo4x licensing, payment flows, verification systems, platform fees, buyer protections, security reviews, or anti-piracy controls.

Yo4x does not need access to buyer trading funds to verify performance or operate marketplace licensing. Broker verification should use limited-access or read-only methods where supported.

Sellers may not submit false performance data, impersonate another person, sell stolen or copied strategies, manipulate reviews, direct buyers around Yo4x payment systems, spam users, or make guaranteed-profit claims.

Sellers may not list products that violate law, broker rules, platform rules, sanctions restrictions, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or payment processor requirements.

Automated trading involves substantial risk. Past performance, including broker-verified performance, does not guarantee future results.

Sellers must not present their listings as financial advice, portfolio management, investment recommendations, or guaranteed outcomes unless they are properly licensed and authorized to do so in every relevant jurisdiction.

Yo4x operates as a marketplace and verification platform. Yo4x does not guarantee seller earnings, buyer results, broker execution, market conditions, uptime of third-party services, or future strategy performance.

Yo4x may suspend, delist, restrict, or terminate a seller account or listing if the seller violates this agreement, creates legal or security risk, fails verification, receives serious complaints, or harms marketplace trust.

Sellers may stop selling through Yo4x by removing active listings or requesting account closure, subject to outstanding buyer access periods, support obligations, refunds, disputes, investigations, and payout reconciliation.

Yo4x may update this Seller Agreement from time to time. Material updates may be communicated through the website, seller dashboard, email, or other reasonable methods.
