The six-engine portfolio can place entries near one another. The publisher’s risk-per-trade input applies to an individual order; Cluster Risk Protection addresses combined nearby entries and can itself be disabled. Record both settings with the enabled strategy list. A stop-distance estimate cannot account perfectly for gaps, minimum-volume rounding and commission, so compare the requested risk with the actual cash outcome instead of assuming an exact account loss ceiling.
A running backtest may have no news protection
Live operation uses the MT5 calendar, while historical testing requires the author’s Export-USD-News workflow and a file for the intended broker. If the file is missing, the listing says testing continues with NEWS N/A - NO FILE. That run is not equivalent to a news-filtered live configuration. Confirm file coverage includes the test start and before-news window, use local agents as instructed, and restart testing after updating the exported history.
